I call it the Barn Yard special.
Smoked burger(8 ounces), back bacon(4 slices), chicken breast(5ish ounces), pulled pork(4 ounces), bacon(2 slices). I might get my calorie fill for the next few days. Cole slaw for my veggies.

That looks so damn good. Question is, were you able to eat it without it falling apart?

Looking at this made me feel full.

Nope, fell like a 10 y/o Mazda in the rust belt.

I had 4 oz of tilapia and 1/2 cup of peas for lunch.
You win.

These look good, but a burger that’s too big/stuffed to be bitten into just rubs me wrong.

Even better! You can grab another piece of bread and make a second sandwich with what falls out.

I agree, but it has been on my mind since last Thursday so I wanted to make it out of curiosity.

Damn.
I mean...Damn.
Worth the infarction.

Or you eat it over a tortilla and just wrap up whatever is left.

No doubt. Making my cup of soup look minestrone by comparison.

Sandwich too tall? Just press down on it and it’ll somehow mash itself together. Somehow.

Now what if you covered the rolls in butter, breaded the whole thing, and deep fried it? Haha this sounds excellent as is, except for when it falls apart into a million pieces. It will taste great though! I think the things I would add would be some grilled onions, pickles, bbq sauce, and some cheese (pepperjack ideally). Now I want a burger for dinner.
Oooh and a couple of fried eggs and ideally pork roll if I could find that. I suppose some fried ham would substitute. Canadian bacon would work too.

better put the plumber on standby

It would not mash down.

There is actually a burger place in my town that sells something very similar. It’s a pretty solid deal. IIRC 12$ for 1/2lb beef pattie, diced bacon, topped with pulled pork on a brioche bun. Plus the usual stuff and cajun fries on the side.

I’ve done that one (without the chicken breast), it was fantastic. I do fancy chicken breasts with bacon and pepperoni though.

leftover smoked ribs, rice and potato salad.

Skip the chicken, substitute grilled cheese sandwiches for the bun, and I’ll take two.
Please have my cardiologist on standby.

Was it good? Yes.
Would I order/make it again? No.
It was very awkward to eat, & too much food. Also the price (even with staff discount) was way to much.

Because the combo of flavors is always the best part about a burger. I could care less for a plain cheeseburger, that defeats the whole purpose of eating that food. I nice rare-medium rare burger with a healthy amount of toppings is to die for.

The issue wasn’t adding toppings to a burger, but adding your list of stuff to the already ridiculous burger, but to be honest I don’t actually care why.

Ahh true, it was already over the top I suppose. I think replacing the pulled pork with that stuff would be more ideal.
